Wedding Packages*

Gold
$875 – The Gold package includes a 15 minute prelude, the ceremony and a 10 minute postlude.

Platinum
$1,075 – The Platinum package includes a 30 minute prelude, the ceremony and a 15 minute postlude.

Diamond
$1,475 – The Diamond package includes a 30 minute prelude, the ceremony and a 15 minute postlude PLUS 1 hour of reception (immediately following the ceremony at the same location).

Out of Town

A. We charge $200 per hour of driving time round trip from our business address to your venue based on Google maps distances (rounded to the nearest 15 minutes): eg. Calgary-Banff is approximately 2.5 hours round-trip, so an extra fee of $500 will apply.

B. For weddings and events from 50-200kms outside of Calgary, we have a minimum booking of 2 hours, using our event rates. Wedding package rates do not apply to events/weddings more that 50kms outside of Calgary city limits. Weddings from 1-49kms outside of the city limits will be charged travel as per above, but can use the wedding packages as listed on our rates tab.

C. For events further afield than 200kms, we have a minimum booking of the same number of hours as the one way drive from our mailing address to the venue: eg. Calgary-Cranbrook is a 4 hour drive, one way, so our minimum booking would be 4 hours. Any bookings that would mean a return time to Calgary past midnight on the day of the wedding/event would require a hotel room and breakfast provided for each musician: eg. an event in Cranbrook would need to be completed by 8pm or necessitate a hotel stay on the night of the event.
